Order Processing

We try to process your order as soon as possible after you place it. In most cases, your order will be handed over to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time

For most serviceable PIN codes, we aim to deliver orders within 7 days.

However, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, remote locations, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to track your package.
